He Superior Court of Justice of Valencia This Friday he published a decree in which he demands that the Generalitat Valenciana send all administrative files related to the management of DANA.
The Contentious-Administrative Chamber of the Fourth Section of the said court admitted having initiated an appeal “against the inactivity of the presidency of the Generalitat Valenciana and the GVA Security and Emergency Agency”, for which it requests “the administrative files” linked to the management of the two disasters which occurred on October 29.
In accordance with the law on contentious-administrative jurisdiction, the court agreed to request administrative files from those responsible.
As indicated in the document to which EL ESPAÑOL had access, the defendant administration can appear in the case within nine days, although it can file an appeal for review of this decree within a maximum period of five days from of its reception. was notified to them.
