Ukrainian company Three Bears acquired the Kalfrost frozen food plant in the Polish city of Kalisz and laid off all employees. The land is for sale.

As a result, the property was put up for sale for 12.9 million zlotys, but has not yet found a buyer. But among the potential buyers was the Ukrainian company Nordis.

Currently, negotiations with the promoter are at a standstill. Nordis expects the plant site to be completely cleared and ready for investment before the sale. However, it is unknown if the agreement will finally be finalized, notes the publication Highest Hour.
