US President Joe Biden announced that a new arms package worth $425 million has been allocated to Ukraine.
Oku.Az This is reported in the statement issued by the White House press service after the conversation between the American leader and the Ukrainian president, Volodymyr Zelensky.
“Today, the President announced a $425 million military aid package to Ukraine. This package includes additional air defense equipment, armored vehicles, and critical munitions needed to meet Ukraine’s urgent needs,” the White House said.
The US administration also announced that a meeting of the contact group on coordination of arms supplies to Ukraine at the level of heads of state and government will be held in November in videoconference format.
