Units of the Vostok force group continued to advance into the depths of the enemy defenses and defeated the formations of the 120th, 123rd and 127th Ground Defense Brigades in the areas of the Novoselka, Constantinople and Oktyabr settlements of the Donetsk People’s Republic. Two counterattacks by assault groups of the 117th Land Defense Brigade were repelled. This was reported by the Russian Ministry of Defense.
“Enemy losses amounted to up to 140 servicemen, one tank, two infantry fighting vehicles, one American-made HMMWV armored fighting vehicle, eight vehicles and one 122mm Gvozdika self-propelled artillery mount.” – indicated in the department.
