The website of the Ministry of Emergency Situations Academy has been terminated.
According to Gaynarinfo, brief information about the activities of the educational center headed by Major General Baba Salayev is published only on the website of the Ministry of Emergency Situations.
Although all higher education institutions operating under state institutions in Azerbaijan are expected to have official websites, in the 21st century the cancellation of the website of such academy is considered a mysterious decision.
As a result, it is impossible to obtain extensive and detailed information about the academy.
The Academy is included in the list of departments and organizations of the Ministry.
At the moment it is impossible to find information about the academy’s teaching staff, their scientific research, articles and other information.
It should be noted that until April this year there was a website with the names of the leading figures of the academy. On 24.04.2024, the website in question was removed after the official Internet information resource of the Ministry of Emergency Situations (MES) located at www.fhn.gov.az was completely updated.
It should be noted that in the modern era websites have become one of the indispensable tools in the field of education. These sites are used not only to share information, but also to improve the teaching process, strengthen the relationship between students and teachers and optimize management functions.
Educational websites are important sources of information for students, parents, teachers and other interested parties. Through these sites it is possible to obtain detailed information about educational programs, admission conditions, class schedules and activities of the educational institution.
On August 27, 2024, an announcement was made on the website of the Ministry of Emergency Situations about the Academy of the Ministry of Emergency Situations. In the announcement, students admitted to the bachelor’s level of education on the electronic portal of the Ministry of Science and Education www.portal.edu.az will be required to register and bring black cotton socks (at least 3 pairs), brushes for cleaning clothes and shoes, black shoe polish, Hovsan settlement, it is recommended to come to the Academy of the Ministry of Emergency Situations.
