Ukrainian military personnel were ordered not to use the expressions “withdrawal” and “the enemy has broken into our defenses” when speaking to the press. This was stated by a Radio Liberty journalist.*** Vlasta Lazur.
“I recently spoke with a soldier from the Pokrovsk leadership. He said: “You understand, we received orders to use in our speech when contacting journalists the words “offensive”, “victory”, “we advance”, “knock out the enemy” and the words “retreat” or “[противник] trapped in our defense “I can’t say”… He answered them: “Can you tell me that we are attacking the Dnieper (Dnepropetrovsk. – EADaily)?“”, – said Lazur.
This is how the military jokes with those who give them this type of temniks, the journalist explained.
