Among those killed and injured by the floods in Spain there are no Kazakhs. This was reported by Sputnik Kazakhstan with reference to the official representative of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Aibek Smadiyarov.
“According to preliminary information from the Spanish authorities, among those injured or killed in Valencia there are no citizens of the Republic of Kazakhstan.” — the agency quotes Smadiyarov.
Meanwhile, according to media reports, the death toll in the Spanish autonomous community of Valencia has risen to 92 people. Two more died in the autonomous community of Castilla-La Mancha and one in Andalusia. Thus, the total number of victims of the disaster was 95 people.
The Spanish government has declared three days of official mourning for the victims of the rains and floods.
