The passage of the DANA in Letur has left at least 10 buildings seriously affected, which are at risk of collapse, according to the Architectural Service of the Provincial Delegation of Albacete who was able to access the old town after the completion of the access ramp this Friday.
This first ocular study concludes that the most affected buildings are on Moreras, Aurora, Barranco and Garrobo streets, in an area that, in the shortest possible time, was evacuated, reported the Provincial Institution.
“There are approximately 10 buildings already identified as being seriously affected; and this morning, weather permitting, one of the houses will be demolished because it has already been identified that it is in poor condition,” said the president of the Provincial Council of Albacete, Santiago Cabañero.
