Musab Hassan Yosef, known as the “Green Prince” and son of one of the founders of Hamas, has issued a strongly worded statement following the leak of secret documents revealing Israel’s plan to attack Iran. He claims there is a mole in the Pentagon who passed on these documents and suggests they may be American Muslims who have worked in the government since Barack Obama’s presidency.
Hassan Yosef noted that supporters of pro-Palestinian and anti-Israel views should be banned from accessing classified information in the United States. He also added that these “anti-Israel lunatics” believe that leaking secret documents could help end the conflict by handing them over to Iranian authorities, including Ayatollah Khamenei.
Musab Hasan Yosef is himself a key figure, having secretly collaborated with Israeli intelligence services against Hamas for ten years, despite being related to one of its founders.
The leaked secret documents were intended for the Five Eyes Forum, an international intelligence partnership between the United States, the United Kingdom, Australia, Canada and New Zealand. They concerned preparations for Israeli airstrikes against Iran and were reportedly drafted on October 15 and 16. The leak occurred on social networks such as Telegram and Twitter through the Middle East Spectator channel, known for its pro-Iranian opinions.
