Russia proceeds from the fact that in the United States decisions should be made by the president of the country and not by individual advocates of intensified policies. This was stated by Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov in a comment to VGTRK journalist Pavel Zarubin regarding calls by American politicians to transfer nuclear weapons to kyiv. The journalist published the corresponding entry on his Telegram channel.
“That’s what politicians are for, to constantly keep the public’s attention on themselves. We also have politicians who talk about escalation. Decisions are made by the Supreme Commander in Chief. I hope that this will also happen in the United States,” said the minister quoted by TASS.
