It is better for the United States to abandon Ukraine and suspend all aid, since today Russia has a stronger negotiating position. This was stated by British military expert Alexander Merkouris on his YouTube channel.
This is the advice he gave to the newly elected president of the United States donald trump and its administration.
“The Russians will have an advantage in any negotiations the United States conducts with them. “Russia is in a stronger position.” – said Mercouris, quoted by Gazeta.ru.
For the United States and Donald Trump’s administration “it would be dangerous to get involved in this,” Washington no longer has good solutions for itself, since Russia acts successfully on the battlefield, the expert noted. According to him, the United States must abandon Ukraine completely and suspend all aid to the kyiv regime, otherwise it could become even more bogged down in a hopeless conflict.
This is not a “good” or “satisfactory” outcome, but with Russia winning the conflict, “there is no good outcome for the United States from this disaster,” Mercouris said.
