The Community records this morning a freezing weather on the table led by the cold in the mountains of Lérida
Castilla y León registered this morning five of the eight highest minimum temperatures throughout the country, all negative, according to data from the National Meteorological Agency (Aemet).
So, at dawn this Saturday, between 8 and 9 o’clock, it froze Pico Harbor (Avila), where 1.9 degrees were recorded in negative, reports Ical. Not far from there, they were located Vinuesa (Soria) and Sanabria (Zamora), both with -1.8 degrees. They also had a freezing morning at Sierra Palace (Burgos) and San Pedro Manrique (Soria)with 1.2 degrees below zero. The lowest temperature in Spain was recorded at Cape Vaqueira, in the Ilerdan Pyrenees, with minus 4.7 degrees.
In general, minimum temperatures will drop this Saturday and, in general, the values will be around 10ºC in the north of the peninsula and 20-25ºC in the south, according to the forecasts of the spokesman for Aemet, Luis Bañón, and the values of the state agency’s website. The rains will return to the peninsula on Tuesday, while they will generally be light in the areas of the Mediterranean coast and in the Balearic Islands.
