An English citizen resident in Majorca, aged around 64, was found dead in the inner courtyard of a building located in the Berenguer de Tornamira Street, in the center of Palma and very close to the Paseo Mallorca. Apparently, the man died after falling from a part of the building, which is being investigated.
It was around 2:30 p.m. this Sunday when several witnesses reported to the emergency services that a man had fallen from the building, which is a parking lot.
An ambulance from 061, the Local Police of Palma and the National Police went to the scene of the incident. Emergency services tried unsuccessfully to stabilize the victim, who ultimately died.
At the same time, the National Police sealed off the area while awaiting the arrival of the Scientific Police and the Homicide Group.
The location of the incident is difficult to access. Emergency services managed to access the inner courtyard via a few parking spaces with access to the skylight.
It is currently unknown where the man may have fallen into the inner courtyard. It could have come from a window in the parking lot or from a house in the adjacent building.
