Mossos d’Esquadra agents assigned to the Criminal Investigation Division (DIC) are investigating the violent death of a businessman who was found tied up in his house in Martorell (Barcelona).
According to sources close to the investigation, the deceased is the owner of Ferralles Martorella company dedicated to the purchase and sale of metals located in the Congost industrial zone of this commune.
The owner of this company was well known in Barcelona, as he sponsors the CF Martorell football team and the company name appears on his jerseys.
As reported by the Generalitat Police, around 7 p.m. this Wednesday, the Mossos learned that the body of a man had been found inside a house in Martorell. with signs of violence.
Several police units attended the scene of the incident and DIC investigators opened an investigation. The service court decreed secret of performance.
