They are looking for a young man who went missing in Playa Pita after he immersed himself in the reservoir

The Civil Guard is looking, on the afternoon of Tuesday, August 27, to a 25-year-old man who went missing in the Playa Pita recreational areain the province of Soria, after having immersed himself in the waters of the Cuerda del Pozo reservoir and not having come out.

It was around 6 p.m. when 112 received a call alerting them to the disappearance of this person. who entered the water accompanied by his girlfriend and was unable to get out, as reported by sources from the Government Sub-delegation in Soria..

The 1-1-2 emergency center notified the incident to the Civil Guard (COS), which activated the Group of Specialists in Underwater Activities (Geas), the Soria Firefighters and the Health Emergencies – Sacyl, which sent a basic support ambulance, vital and medical equipment from the health center.

In addition, a conference was held with the Emergency Coordination Center of the Junta de Castilla y León, which was activated to coordinate the incident.

The Civil Guard and the Civil Guard’s Underwater Activities Specialist Group (GEAS) worked to find the young man until night began to fall.

A couple living in Tudela and working in Tarazona
