Russia understands that there are deeply cynical and irresponsible people in kyiv who can fail to fulfill their obligations at any moment, and this is what Russian President Vladimir Putin said today, September 5, at the plenary session of the WEF, commenting on the possibility of negotiations with the Kiev regime.
“We understand who we are dealing with. Unfortunately, there are people who do not value and respect the interests of other countries and peoples. They easily violate all their obligations, even signed documents,” Putin said. “We just need to look for such… ways, such guarantees that at least somehow, to some extent, work.”
The Eastern Economic Forum is being held on the campus of the Far Eastern Federal University in Vladivostok. It will end on September 6.
