The Public Prosecutor’s Office is requesting two years in prison for the manager and another employee of the company located in Castellón and that they compensate the injured party in the amount of 3,837 euros.
This Tuesday, the Provincial Court of Castellón will judge the manager and a worker of a used car dealership in Castellón for cheat allegedly in 2017 to the buyer of a vehicle, according to sources from the High Court of Justice of the Valencian Community (TSJCV).
According to the prosecutor’s indictment, the defendants led the client to believe that The vehicle had 100,000 kilometers less than it actually had, so that, with various damages and defects, its value was less than the price for which it had been acquired.
The prosecution is initially requesting two-year prison sentences for each of the accused and that both compensate the injured party with 3,837 eurosan amount which corresponds to the difference between the price paid for it, 12,000 euros, and the real price of the vehicle according to an expert appraisal.
A day later, the same magistrate judges an individual who was arrested by the Civil Guard on November 16, 2022 while he was driving his vehicle irregularly near the town of Oropesa del Mar with a cocaine stone hidden under the seat right front with 100 grams of weight, as explained in its legal qualification by the prosecution, which is requesting four and a half years in prison for the accused and the payment of a fine for an offence against public health.
