The person who blackmailed people in the Tovuz district was detained by the employees of the district police department.
“Qafqazinfo” reports that an investigation has been carried out into complaints received about Nahid Babayev, who introduced himself as the founder and general director of “Inkishaf TV”.
He demanded different amounts of money from individuals with the threat of spreading negative information about them on “Inkishaf TV” social channels and platforms.
A criminal case was opened in the Tovuz district police department under the relevant article of the Criminal Code and N. Babayev was detained by court decision.
Investigation measures on the criminal case continue.
