The VAZ-2121 car driven by Elsever Pirverdiyev was stopped at the stationary post of the General Directorate of State Traffic Police located in the Shamkir region.
Oku.Az informs that the General Directorate of State Traffic has released information in this regard.
It was reported that during the inspection of documents it was discovered that Elsever Pirverdiyev did not have the right to drive a vehicle and, since his actions were suspicious, he was invited to undergo a medical examination. At that time, Elsever Pirverdiyev tried to escape from the scene to avoid responsibility, but was captured thanks to the surveillance of YPX employees. During the medical examination it was determined that he was driving the vehicle under the influence of drugs.
According to the court’s decision, Elsever Pirverdiyev, who was sent to the court after drawing up the relevant protocols, was administratively detained for 15 days.
The General Directorate of State Traffic reminds once again that attempts by drivers who commit illegal acts to evade their responsibility are useless and illegal and affirms that stricter measures will be taken against these cases.
