The two arrested people are being investigated in connection with a murder case.
The president of the investigating court number 1 of Denia (Alicante), who is on duty, decreed this Friday afternoon the entry into provisional prisoncommunicated and without bail the two people arrested for allegedly killing another man after shooting him with a firearm in a garage in the said city of Alicante last Tuesday.
The two detainees are being investigated as part of a case opened by a crime of murderwithout prejudice to other qualifications, as reported by the High Court of Justice of the Valencian Community (TSJCV).
The National Police arrested a man on Wednesday and another on Thursday for their alleged links with the shooting another man deadabout 45 years old, last Tuesday in a garage in Denia.
