Unrelated psychotic disorder
The accused, at the time of the events, presented unrelated psychotic disorder and probable psychosis of toxic origin. Gustavo has been deprived of his liberty for this reason since the day of the homicide.
The Prosecutor’s Office also requests that in the event of conviction and agreement on the replacement of the custodial sentence with expulsion, the immediate execution of the custodial sentence of liberty in a penitentiary establishment during the course of expulsion procedures, which must be effective as soon as possible and, in any case, within the following thirty days.
