They demand three and a half years in prison for a police officer who fined a man because he thought he was his ex’s partner

A mobility agent from Madrid faces a request for three and a half years in prison by inventing the data in a traffic offense to get it to the person who thought he was her ex-partner’s new boyfriend.

The agent was patrolling in the capital with a colleague when a vehicle ran a traffic light. Additionally, the driver was driving while using his cell phone. However, the passenger did not have time to see the license plate.

At that point, the accused told him not to worry, that he would give him the information. Instead of giving her the real license plate, he gave her that of a man he thought was his ex’s new partner..

To top it all off, The victim was not even his ex-partner’s boyfriend.. “She was my colleague’s partner. The same day she passed by the workshop. She looked at me and laughed,” said Alberto Domínguez, the man fined.
