Shahmar Agayev, a resident of Salyan district, learned that he is healthy after spending 11,000 manats on treatment. He claims that he was deceived by a doctor who worked at the “Med Plaza” clinic.
Shahmar Agayev says he went to the clinic last year because of stomach pain. Here he was sent to Ramin Maharramov, who introduced himself as a specialist doctor. When the first treatment failed, he contacted the doctor again:
“My pain increased. I called the doctor and he told me to come back. When I went to the clinic, he prescribed me new medicines. In addition, he prescribed me 520 AZN systems for treatment. I first sold my tractor to buy medicines and treatments, and then I asked for a loan. I spent 11,000 manats in total, but my condition worsened.”
He later presented himself at Shirvan City Central Hospital and discovered that he did not have any illness:
“I was diagnosed with cancer. However, when I was examined in Shirvan, it turned out that this was not true.”
