Using this technique, known as the Ronaldinho method, the thief managed to get his hands on the victim’s belongings. However, he was unable to escape quickly enough and was detained until police Central Security Commission (CSS) of the Municipal Police from Madrid, they arrested him.
In the early hours of Sunday October 27, a 19-year-old individual of Moroccan nationality approached a group of young people who were partying in one of the places located on the ground floor of Orense Street. He offered them marijuana and cocaine, but they rejected him.

A CCS patrol was passing through the area at the time, whose officers searched the thief, but initially did not find the stolen chain or the drugs.
It was during an exhaustive search that municipal agents discovered that he was wearing double clothing on both his upper and lower body, a method that this type of thieves usually uses to hide stolen material.
So, they finally found the narcotics in the double pair of pants and the stolen chain in the second sock, which was returned to its rightful owner. This young man was arrested for an alleged offense of violent theft and another against public health.
