Ashık Telli Borchali said he was scammed using his name on social media.
Lent.az reports that people were charged for their weddings with a fake social media account opened in Ashiq’s name:
“I don’t have Instagram or Facebook. I’m not on any social network. I only opened WhatsApp at the insistence of my friends. But I see pages being opened in my name.
It happened to me once. He said he was my producer and he bought the wedding dress from that person. He says now, that person doesn’t have a number or something, he has closed it.
He tells me the date, I answer that I am at another wedding that day. “There are things like that that fool people.”
