Among the reasons why Bernardos recommends Arcosur is the competitive price of the properties compared to other areas of the city. “Useful meters: 80, terrace: 25 m², all exterior rooms, parking, storage room, community pool and garden. Sale price: 202,000 euros (last week),” details one of the houses recently sold in this area.

“It’s a good opportunity for later rent or even sell. Rental profitability is the highest in Zaragoza. The price increase will be higher than in the city center. The center will improve much less than Arcosur,” adds the economist.

Why is a peripheral district so profitable according to Bernardos

Although Arcosur is located on the outskirts of Zaragoza, Bernardos highlights its excellent connection with key work areas such as the PLAZA complex, as well as its easy access to main communication routes. “Good investments are not made in the city center, but in promising places,” he says.

In his analysis he mentions that in cities like Madrid, peripheral neighborhoods like Alcorcón have seen a greater increase in real estate prices than traditionally sought-after areas like the Salamanca neighborhood.
