Little by little, normalcy takes over Valence after the tragedy caused by DANA. This Monday, some of the educational centers which had to cease their activities on October 29 due to the storm will reopen.
In allThere are 77,000 children and adolescents who cannot attend classes in affected areas. A good part of them will resume teaching activity this Mondayeven if they will not do so under normal conditions.
Many of them will in centers other than the usual onesas a significant portion of schools were damaged by flooding and others became makeshift centers to house displaced emergency services in the area.
This return to “school” will allow the little ones to find a routine that will help them leave trauma behind which often results in insomnia, nightmares, fear of rain or even fear of simply leaving the house.
