The Center of Integrated Operational Coordination (Cecopi) unanimously agreed to restrict the movement of people in eleven municipalities in the province of Valencia affected by DANA this Sunday, taking into account the yellow alert planned for rain, as announced Saturday evening by the Minister of Environment, Infrastructure and Territory, Vicente Martínez Mus.

The restrictions will be in effect from 00:00 to 23:59 this Sunday.
Concretely, the municipalities in which access to volunteers will be restricted are Aldaia, Alaquàs, Picanya, Sedaví, Paiporta, Benetússer, Alfafar, Massanassa, Catarroja, Albal and Beniparrellspecified the city councilor, who insisted on the fact that “in the affected areas, a yellow level forecast level is indicated for rain, which could further complicate the situation”.
Martínez Mus assured that the mayors of these localities “showed their agreement” with this measure, while emphasizing that “We are seeking to be able to organize this great wave of solidarity tomorrow and guarantee security. of all those who would like to participate and above all facilitate the work of the units which have difficulty being compatible with the citizens.
