A demonstration was held in Brussels in support of the protection of thousands of jobs at the city’s Audi car factory.

More than 10,000 people are taking part in the action. They are demanding that the European Union invest in the industrial sector to guarantee employment and are opposed to cuts in the real sector of the economy.
The Audi plant, which employs around 3,000 people, is reported to be closing by 2025 due to declining sales and rising production costs.
