The court detained three more participants in the mass brawl that took place in Vladimir on November 9. This was reported by the press service of the Investigative Directorate of the Russian Investigative Committee for the region.
It was previously reported that four accused were detained.
“The court accepted the petitions of investigators of the Oktyabrsky Interdistrict Investigation Department of the Regional Investigation Department to select a preventive measure in the form of detention in relation to three more defendants in a criminal case initiated for a crime provided for in Part 2 of Art. 213 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (hooliganism committed by a group of persons using objects used as weapons)”, – the message said.
Currently, the defendants have been charged. The necessary investigative and procedural actions are being carried out aimed at establishing all the circumstances of the incident.
Previously, law enforcement agencies reported that on the night of November 9, in one of the clubs in Vladimir, a group of young people, mostly foreign citizens, violated public order by spraying a pepper mixture and beating one of the visitors. The foreigners subsequently beat the victim and two other men in the street.
All the attackers were arrested.
