A three-year-old boy visiting Neftchala from Baku drowned.
According to “Report”, the incident occurred in the region’s Ballıcalı village.
Thus, HX, a resident of Baku, born in 2021, who visited the village with his family, fell into a hole dug for ducks in the yard and drowned while riding his bicycle.
The incident is being investigated.
