Tirmé funds two grants for the insertion of projects Pre-work itineraries of the Deixalles Foundation. Both entities have a collaboration agreement which has been developing since 2002, promoting the professional integration of people experiencing or at risk of social exclusion.
With this donation, Tirme will allow For one year, two people in vulnerable situations benefit from integration assistance and can participate in the program Pre-work itineraries. Participants can improve their personal, transversal and professional skills with the support of the monitoring team and the social technical team. Their chances of finding a job are thus increased, reports Tirme in a press release.
Integration assistance donations are intended to finance workshops and training for people participating in the project. Pre-work itineraries. These people are in a situation of social exclusion and experience various social problems, serious economic difficulties And few personal skills to access the job market.
Thanks to the various social and environmental workshops of Fundació Deixalles, activities related to the environment and community participation, people participants regain their self-esteem, confidence and self-confidencethe ability to put their lives in order and the hope of a second chance which allows them to actively integrate into society and the world of work.
In 2023, 180 people benefited from the project Pre-work itinerariesof which 93% improved their social and professional skills, and 32% managed to find a job.
It should be noted that in many cases, the integration assistance from Fundació Deixalles is the only financial income available to the person to complete their itinerary.
