Oku.Az informs that in accordance with Article 7 of the Regulation signed on August 30, 2024 on the joint activity of the aforementioned commissions, during the meeting, the Parties exchanged notifications on the implementation by their states of the internal procedures necessary for the entry into force of said Regulation.

Taking into account that Article 7 of the Regulation establishes its entry into force on the day of receipt of the last written notification of the implementation of said procedures, the Parties emphasized that said Regulation enters into force on November 1, 2024.

The parties exchanged views on the sequence of areas/parts of the border line for carrying out delimitation work in the next stage.

The parties discussed the relevant draft instructions on the procedure for delimitation works.

The parties agreed to determine the date and place of the next meeting in operational conditions.

After the meeting of the commissions, Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Azerbaijan Shahin Mustafayev and Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Armenia Mher Grigoryan separately discussed the issues of transport communications.
