The prediction came true and CD Toledo easily beat CD Noblejas after the dispute of a somewhat unequal provincial derby, knowing that the capital team is leader of the standings and that the Noblejas team is the current red lantern of the painting.
Noblejas kept the lead 0-0 for a quarter of an hour, but in the 17th minute the Greens’ first goal came following a corner taken by Rodri which Chupi headed in, bringing the ball home towards a post. The rebound, after a rebound, pushed it into the net Chinchu in the goal mouth.
Ten minutes earlier, Canarian Pepe Delgado had made it 1-0, but his shot went above the clouds in an optimal position to score. Toledo was in control and the score was 2-0 following an erroneous clearance by the visiting defense who took advantage of it. Pepe Delgado will kick the ball on the net with a high shot. Canene managed to score a goal in the last play of the first half, but the Nobleja striker’s powerful shot from around 25 yards grazed a post.

The visitors forgave and Toledo made them pay dearly. So, when the appointment time was up, Kofi served a goal to Argentina’s Juan Mazzocchi on a silver platter to make it 3-0.. And five minutes later, and in a very similar game, the fourth goal came for the greens after a deadly cross from Mazzocchi that Tamayo finished at will at the far post.
All the offensive bravery that Noblejas showed on the field was rewarded by Canene’s goal in the 71st minute. It was the result of a good cross shot which hit a post before kissing the home net. By the end of the fight, nothing at all, because the die had already been cast. A superb gift for Alfredo Santa Elena, coach of Toledo, on the occasion of his 57th birthday.

Incidents: Match of the seventh day of Group XVIII of Tercera REEF played this Sunday afternoon at the Salto del Caballo stadium in front of 2,403 spectators (official figure); among them, around 150 followers of the CD Noblejas. Before the start of the match, a tribute was paid to Anastasio Morales, who was coach of CD Toledo. In addition, the Peña Cultural Football 1928 presented CD Noblejas with a Toledo sword on the occasion of his first official visit to Salto del Caballo.
