The alleged victim of a continuous crime of sexual abuse when he was 14 years old also did not appear this Wednesday. It was the second time he stood up to the Toledo Provincial Court and the accused, who was 26 years old when the events allegedly occurred in 2019.

The events recounted by the prosecution date back to April 2019, when the alleged victim and the accused met. The obvious age difference, 12 years, was not an obstacle to starting a “pseudo-dating”. and had sex. Some were consensual, although the law provides that anyone who performs acts of a sexual nature with a minor under the age of sixteen will be punished with a prison sentence. However, she refused others, according to the prosecution’s account.
