The next phase of the Marvel Cinematic Universe will feature several anecdotes. However, the name of Tom Holland and it’s popular Spiderman will not be the only one to appear in this new phase which will seek to relaunch the more than successful franchisewho has managed to raise billions of dollars worldwide.
Fans are eager to know everything about the next stage of Wonder, which will not only bring back Robert Downey Jr. like Doctor Doom, but will also see well-known superheroes, including the famous Spider-Man.
However, with the large number of Spiderman who have been featured throughout the saga, the one played by the British Tom Holland will not be the only one to play a role in the next phase.
Although it is assumed that the young actor will be the new leader of the future film “Avengers: Doomsday”, in addition to playing in a fourth installment of Rock parkerAnother Spider-Man project has been announced. Following in the footsteps of “What If…?”, a new series about the arachnid will be launched, making its television debut and in which someone else will bring the superhero to life.
It will be called “Your Friendly Neighborhood Spider-Man,” an animated series previously known as “Spider-Man: Freshman Year.” It is scheduled to launch during the current phase of the MCU (Marvel Cinematic Universe), and will premiere on November 2, 2024.
According to information published by various media, a second season is already in preparation. And everything seems to indicate that Disney+ bets on new incursions of the superhero in other productions unrelated to Holland.
The role will be played by the actor Hudson ThamesBut this won’t be Thames’ first appearance as Peter Parker, as he played the character in both “What If…?” and the exclusive short “Avengers: Quantum Encounter.”
Hudson has done a great job so far and fans are excited to know that he will continue with the arachnid in the future, but they are also hoping that Tom Holland continue to be the Spider-Man leader of the fifth stage of the Cinematic Universe of Wonder.
