International travel agency Flight Center conducted a study involving more than 170,000 tourists from Australia, New Zealand, South Africa, Canada and the United Kingdom to determine the ten most popular countries and cities among travelers this year.

According to the survey results, Portugal was ranked as the best destination for tourists, with 94% overall satisfaction. The Cook Islands, located in the South Pacific, came in second with a score of 93%.

In terms of cities, Perth, the capital of Western Australia, took first place. Second place went to Brisbane, the capital of Queensland, and third place went to Queenstown on New Zealand’s South Island.
