The Argentinean Federation of Trade and Services (Faecs) reached a new salary to a previous agreement with the business chambers of the sector, which provides forces until December 2025. However, it has not yet been approved by the Ministry of Labor and causes criticism from the business.
Although the last understanding of the parity has not yet been approved by the government, Faecs confirmed El Cronista, which closed a preliminary agreement with cameras that represent employers. It includes an increase of 6% in monthly areas, in addition to non -estimate fixed amounts before the end of the year.
As this happened, the increase will be applied gradually:
- 1% in July
- 1% in August
- 1% in September
- 1% in October
- 1% in November
- 1% in December
Non -eumatic payments are added to this scheme in the amount of $ 35,000 in April and 40,000 US dollars per month from May to December, they all affect the bonus, vacation, additional hours and compensation. The goal is to accompany the deterioration of purchasing power without loss of wage structure.
