Azerbaijan State Road Agency (AAYDA) appeals to traffic participants (drivers) about traffic restrictions in connection with the installation of technical devices (electronic scales and chips) that measure the weight and mass parameters of large and (or) heavy vehicles moving on public roads.

The petition states that in connection with the start of work on the electronic weighing system planned to be installed at kilometer 55.3 of the Baku-Shamakhi-Yevlakh highway (Jinggi area), the movement of vehicles will be partially restricted (intermittently) within 500 meters from today for about 2 months will be organized.
“Drivers are requested to understand the works being carried out, to be careful when driving in the mentioned section during the mentioned period, to comply with the requirements of the temporary road signs that will be placed in the area and the traffic regulations,” the agency said.
