“Today, the driver of a train running between the stations “Khalgar dosdstlu” and “Neftchilar” of JSC “Baku Metropoliten” saw on the control panel the corresponding signals about door manipulation.
This was stated in a statement to “Report” by Bakhtiyar Mammadov, head of the press service of the joint-stock company.
According to him, he inspected the gate of the “Neftchiler” station:
“As no reason was found for the door not being closed, the driver dropped off the passengers. The train doors were checked again up to the “Koroglu” station and as no problem was found, the passengers were picked up again at that same station. As a result, in addition to the interval, a 4-minute delay occurred between the “Neftchilar” and “Ulduz” stations.
