Treasury reveals to the judge which three inspectors exonerated Sánchez’s brother from tax crime

The Ministry of Finance has revealed to the judge in charge of the investigation into Pedro Sánchez’s brother the identity of the officials of the Tax Agency (AEAT) who prepared the report that exonerated David Sánchez of tax crimes.

In a document sent to the Court of Instruction number 3 of Badajoz and to which EL ESPAÑOL had access, the AEAT provides the three names and their functions.

And they are: the regional inspector of Extremadura (María Encarnación Cabezas Martín), the head of the Regional Fiscal Management Unit of Extremadura (Emilio Hurtado Valiño) and the special delegate of the AEAT of Extremadura ( Clara Isabel Santos
Dieguez).

All of them prepared the opinion “jointly,” the document states, revealing that the last of the three acted as “coordinator.”
