According to her lawyer: “This is a dismissal for discriminatory reasons, it violates the principle of compensation. My client has every right to sue the perpetrator of the events and not be dismissed for this. Because Tecnocasa’s actions are completely unfavorable. “They have not shown the slightest sensitivity to the serious events that have occurred.”

The company issued a statement in which it assured that it had opened a internal file. They said they had decided to temporarily suspend business relations with the franchise involved in the events and that if it was determined that there had been illegal action they will not hesitate to put an end to it completely the relationship with him.
