Tried for having “sexually forced” a man in an alleyway in Valencia with whom he had drunk “a beer and a joint”

The prosecution is provisionally requesting an eight-year prison sentence for an alleged offence of sexual assault for a man who “sexually forced another in an alley in Valencia.”

The events occurred on May 29, 2023 in an area near the bus station when the accused and the victim “met and shared a beer and a joint,” according to information on the case published by the High Court of Justice of the Valencian Community.

According to the public accusationThe defendant “touched and tried to kiss the man, who refused and left the scene.” Prosecutor’s Office claims that “the accused followed him until he approached him in an alley” in the capital of Turia, where he threw himself on his victim and forced him to have sexual relations.

The trial for these events is scheduled for next Thursday, September 19, in the fifth section of the Provincial Court of Valencia.
