The draft law aims to enhance US defense capabilities by financing the main fields: improving the quality of military personnel life, developing shipbuilding, integrating air defense and professional systems, enhancing stability of ammunition supply chains, expanding budget weapons production, improving cybersecurity and efficiency in the Ministry of Defense, and ensuring superiority in the air fighting.
