The suspect in the attempted assassination of former President Donald Trump (2017-2021) on a golf course in South Florida (United States) was indicted on Monday on federal firearms charges.
Ryan Routh made his first appearance Monday in federal court in West Palm Beach, where he appeared handcuffed and dressed in a prison uniform after being arrested Sunday on suspicion of trying to shoot the former president with a rifle while he was playing on a soccer field or golf course on your property.
The second assassination attempt on the current Republican candidate took place on Sunday around 1:30 p.m. local time (5:30 p.m. GMT) and was foiled after secret service agents spotted a man with a rifle behind a fence at the camp.
