The High Court of Justice of Madrid has just annulled various provisions of the municipal ordinance that defines the scope of the Low Emission Zone (ZBE) throughout the municipality of Madrid, including those defined as Special Protection. The decision was taken by the Second Section of the Contentious-Administrative Chamber of the aforementioned court in response to the allegations against the aforementioned ordinance presented by the municipal group Vox. In this way, the court considers Abascal’s arguments in which they refer to “the notorious inadequacy of the reports prior to the approval of the Ordinance”.
