TurnerAmerican subsidiary of ACSwon a contract worth $123 million (€112 million) to build and renovate the facilities at Tennessee Technological University, in the United States.
The work will take place in two different locations, on the one hand on the campus of Memphis (67 million euros) and on the other hand in Covington (45 million euros), as the company reports in a press release, in which it informs that both projects will end in 2026.

At the same time, the American subsidiary of the multinational led by Florentino Pérez positions itself as the first company in the United States with the largest volume of green contracts out of a total of 100 companies analyzed by the ENR magazine.
The ranking lists companies based on construction or design service revenue generated in 2023 from projects certified by an independent organization as having low environmental impact, high energy efficiency or low carbon footprint.
In the ENR ranking, Turner comes first with an eco-design turnover of 7.12 billion dollars (6.5 billion euros, 42% of its total turnover), followed by Aecom (5, 1 billion euros) and STO (4.1 billion).
