A proposed ceasefire in the Ukrainian war zone can be expected in the near future.
Oku.AzAccording to Gazeta.ru, this was stated by the Prime Minister of Poland, Donald Tusk, during a press conference.
“We can expect possible truce proposals very soon, when the newly elected president of the United States, Donald Trump, takes office,” he said.
According to him, Washington’s plan for a peaceful solution to the conflict is in the preparation phase. The document will include lines of contact and guarantees for Kyiv.
The Polish Prime Minister added that the United States’ decision will allow Washington to free itself from some obligations towards European countries.
