The Polish Prime Minister, Donald Tusk, received on Wednesday a vote on parliamentary trust for 243 votes for and from 210 against, thanks to the support of the parties to his coalition of the central liberal government. Tusk caused a vote after the conservative Karol Navroki won the presidential election on June 1, defeating the candidate supported by the government.
In this environment, voting in the lower ward or SEJM was preceded by the debate for the ignition of the management of the coalition government, headed by Tuk, whose stability is in question after the victory of Navorok, supported by law and justice of the opposition party (PIS).
More than 260 interventions of deputies, many of which interrupted impulses from the stands, reflected the climate of tension and confrontation, which crosses the political scene of the central European country. Despite this, Tusk received the support of 241 deputies who support their executive director and two other left -wing deputies.
In his speech before the vote, the Prime Minister Tusk took the opportunity to insist on the achievements of his leadership and remember the expected reasons for the judge of several members of the previous government, today in the opposition. He also announced his efforts to “correct the situation and resumed cooperation with the European Commission.”
Tusk also announced the restructuring of his leader for the next month and collided with the second half of his legislative body, which began in December 2023.
