Two men, recently sentenced to sentences of twenty and twelve years of prison for violation in groups, which a child under the age of 14 years in the municipality of the Valencian region Val -D’Albaida fled, because private accusation condemned, together with them. Together with the prosecutor’s office, he asked for the European arrest warrant and another international search and capture.
According to lawyer Juan Duma, the first of these people, both of Bulgarian citizenship, was located and identified by the German police on the border between Austria and this country to enter the Bavaria region.

One of them, who was justified, left as soon as he had sexually attack a girl who knew nothing. On the contrary, the other continued to abuse her until seven in the morning when they went to their homes.
The victim did not receive physical injuries, and moral damage condemned the facts before the civil guard in the company of his mother.
The court acquitted two of the four accused, one of them who participated in the events that occurred in uninhabited housing, which was accused of a crime of sexual violence, and another for a crime of corruption of minors. The hearing did not find evidence that he asked the child to make him Feltio, as they were accused.
